 true / false. Depending on whether the cable is connected.

nil power.lock ()
 Lock the power switch.

 Nothing.

 The tick is necessary to send from time to time, so that the PSP is not going to "stand-by" automatically.
 Also, if the user presses any key, the timer "stand-by" back to 0. (As with this feature).
